A seasoned professional in the world of hospitality sales, Kate Foster, CWC, CMP, has over two decades of sales and catering experience.
Kate has also earned the designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) from the Events Industry Council. Before serving in the hotel industry, Kate owned and operated Kate Foster Productions, LLC, a boutique wedding & event planning company serving as Certified Wedding Consultant (CWC) for hundreds of clients, including celebrities, throughout the US and Caribbean. She has had her work featured in over a dozen bridal publications. In 2009, Kate stepped back into the hotel area when she was recruited by the largest privately owned hotel in California to produce over 300 weddings in a single year! Her love for hospitality sales was ignited and she moved from catering and events into thecorporate and group sales. Over the next decade, Kate grew in hospitality leadership, eventuallyas the Regional Director of Sales in Los Angeles.
She was chosen as a Women of Influence by LA Confidential Magazine.
In 2019, she took on her greatest challenge to-date, stepping into the role of president and owner of Hospitality Marketing Solutions. Focused on evolving the 35 year legacy of helping hospitality sales professionals develop the foundational skills that lead to unshakable confidence & increased conversions, Kate embraces the growth mindset that she teaches in every class.
