As the Regional Catering Sales Director for Lemonade Restaurant Group, she managed the sales for seven locations across Orange County, South Bay, and San Diego, California, consistently driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Her career includes leadership positions at Hyatt Centric The Pike Long Beach, the Hiltons of Orange County complex, and the Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California, where she developed creative catering solutions and managed high-profile events.

In her current role as Director of Shop Operations for Hospitality Marketing Solutions, Hazel leverages this extensive experience to guide and mentor sales teams, ensuring they excel in client engagement and revenue generation.
