Hazel Bunoan brings over 20 years of expertise in group sales, catering and event management, having excelled in key roles at prominent hospitality brands such as Lemonade Restaurant Group LLC, DoubleTree by Hilton, Hyatt, and Marriott. As the Regional Catering Sales Director for Lemonade Restaurant Group, she managed the sales for seven locations across Orange County, South Bay, and San Diego, California, consistently driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Her career includes leadership positions at Hyatt Centric The Pike Long Beach, the Hiltons of Orange County complex, and the Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside, California, where she developed creative catering solutions and managed high-profile events.

In her current role as Director of Shop Operations for Hospitality Marketing Solutions, Hazel leverages this extensive experience to guide and mentor sales teams, ensuring they excel in client engagement and revenue generation. Her background in Communications and Public Relations, combined with advanced training in sales negotiations and wedding planning, enables her to deliver exceptional results and shape the next generation of hospitality sales professionals.

Vinnie Cicerale

Vinnie Cicerale brings over a decade of diverse hospitality experience to his role as a trainer. Beginning his career in culinary operations, he progressed to become a General Manager at several renowned hotels. For the past 10 years, he has specialized in sales and events, honing his expertise in outbound prospecting and cold calling. Currently, Vinnie applies his extensive knowledge as a Hospitality professor and as a valued team member at Hospitality Marketing Solutions, where he combines his passion for teaching with his industry insights to deliver impactful training sessions
