Boston-based Hospitality Marketing Solutions was established in 1985 by Lyssa MacCaughey after leaving a storied career as Director of Sales in several major totels across the United States. Having risen to the top of her field, Lyssa became a certified sales professional and expert in the area of hospitality sales inder the Professional Selling Skills model. Born out of a need expressed by the explosion of new properties across the hospitality landscape, Hospitality Marketing Solutions quickly grew to be known as the ‘gold standard’ in nospitality sales training.
After thirty-four years as President, Lyssa handed the torch of ownership over to Kate Foster in October 2019 and will be enjoying her role as a part-time consultant at a more relaxed pace.
